Powerstone Property Management is determined to protect and maintain your privacy. We are privileged to be trusted with your personal information and do not wish to jeopardize that trust.
However, in order to use some of our online services, it is necessary for you to give us details such as your name and email address and we will ask your permission for these details where relevant.
Please note that we do NOT store any financial information such as credit/debit card numbers, account numbers or sensitive information, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Powerstone Property Management offers homeowners the convenience of paying your monthly homeowner association fees in two ways.
Online Payment or Account Information
Powerstone Property Management offers you the convenience of paying your monthly association online with no fee. You can also access your account information to check your balance.
Pay with Checking Account
If you don’t have a credit card, don’t worry, your community association lets members pay their dues online with an ACH-enabled U.S. checking account.

Pay with Credit Card
Paying your dues by check isn’t your only option anymore. Use your Debit or Credit Card to Pay HOA Dues Online. All major credit cards accepted.
Pay online with your credit card – a $9.95 convenience fee applies to each transaction.
You can now pay online using your credit card. After you sign in to the PayLease site, you will be asked to enter the name of your Association and your Powerstone Property Management account number which can be found on your billing statement in the top right corner. (Enter the account number with only the dash at the end.)
Sign Up for Monthly ACH
This electronic system uses the Federal Reserve System’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) to deduct your monthly association dues from your checking account and ensures that your association fees are always paid on time. Your checking account will be debited between the 5th and 8th of each month.
